Terms of use for Wireless Internet Network (Wi-Fi) at the facilities of Israel Airports Authority
Welcome to Israel Airports Authority Internet access Wireless 013 Netvision AP,
Use of the service (hereinafter “the Service") is free and subjected to the following terms of use (Hereinafter: "the Terms of Use"), and the provisions of any law.
You declare that you have read and confirmed the terms of use and that you undertake to use the Service in accordance with them. Use of the Service constitutes explicit consent to the terms of use and general conditions of Netvision which appear on the Netvision’s website at the address: http://www.013netvision.net.il
In order to make use of the Service you have to approve the terms of use on the Service's homepage.
As a part of providing service to the public at the facilities of Israel Airports Authority, the Airport has installed a wireless infrastructure that allows web browsing on the internet, through 013Netvision Ltd. (Hereinafter: "Netvision"). It is emphasized, clarified and agreed that your entering into the agreement for receiving the service is with Netvision only and that the Airport Authority is not a party to this Agreement, is not responsible for it in any manner, and you waive hereby any requirement and/or claim and/or argument of any kind whatsoever, against the Authority, in connection with the Service.
Accordingly, we find it necessary to mention to you that the use of the wireless surfing service is at your sole responsibility according to the terms of your agreement with Netvision and the Airport Authority does not and will not be liable to you for all intents and purposes in relation to this service including: information content, information security, unauthorized access into client systems, service interruptions, disruptions, interruptions initiated by the Service and any other matters.
The Airport Authority shall not be responsible for any act and/or omission, direct or indirect that may be caused by your use of this service, including an act or omission of third parties, and shall not be responsible for any damage/loss/expense incurred to you due to that.
The contents of the Terms of Use are stated in masculine for convenience only and refer to women and men alike. The use of the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
Terms of Use regulate the relationship between 013Netvision Ltd. company which enables the Service, and any person using the service (Hereinafter: “the User").
Netvision may change the Terms of Use at any time in its sole discretion, and the User is obliged to check the Terms of Use at each instance of use.
Continuation of Terms of Use:
In addition to the aforementioned Terms of Use the following will apply:
1. The Service is for personal use only and is not to be used for any business or commercial purposes.
2. You hereby undertake, in unreserved manner to act as follows:
2.1. Not to make any use of the service which is illegal and/or violating an agreement or obligation or any right, and/or harmful, threatening, harassing, offensive, racist, libelous, and/or may constitute libel, slander or breach of the privacy of another person.
2.2. Not to impersonate any person and/or any other party when using the service.
2.3. Not to send material containing a virus and/or computer software that may cause damage.
2.4. Not to violate, either directly or indirectly, any law.
2.5. Not to use the service in a manner that could damage, disable, overload or impair the Service or another site, communication networks and any communication equipment, or interfere with the use of any other factor.
2.6. Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems or networks connected to the Service in any way.
3. Netvision reserves the right to discontinue and block the activity of the Service User if a suspicion has arisen that the Service is used for a purpose which it is not intended for, or if the User does not comply with the Terms of Use or in case there can appear a disturbance of any kind to the normal operation of the service and/or use of Service by other Users.
4. You acknowledge that you understand that the service, due to its nature, depends on many various and different factors and is vulnerable to disruption, interruption or failure, including but not limited to the lack of access to information. Netvision does not guarantee that Service will be available regularly, continuously and without interruptions. Netvision and/or the Airport Authority may initiate a deliberate interruption of Service for maintenance, repair and/or any other purpose. Netvision and/or the Airport Authority shall not be responsible and/or liable for defects, and/or disruptions and/or interruptions of Service and/or of Internet for any reason. In cases of interruptions and/or disruptions of the Service as per above, and in any case of damages, malfunctions, failures, defects, failures in hardware or software or in communication lines with Netvision or any of its suppliers and/or viruses, spyware and malware of various kinds, Netvision will not be responsible for any damage - direct or indirect, consequential, incidental and/or special, including distress, loss of information, etc. incurred to you and/or your property as a result of the above.

6. The Service is provided to you “As Is”. The Service is for your personal use only and at sole responsibility. Netvision is not responsible for matching the service to your needs.
7. Netvision and all its representatives, including its employees, members, directors, agents, owners, corporations related to it, its affiliated companies and suppliers and/ or the Airport Authority shall not incur any liability, expressed or implied, and shall not be responsible, under any circumstances and in any manner, for any damage - direct or indirect, consequential, incidental and/or special, of any kind, caused to you and/or any third party due to use of the Service.
8. Netvision reserves the right to use your information, including its exposure, according to the law including the following cases:
8.1. If an illegal use of the Service and/or of anything related to the Service has been committed by you and/or anyone on your behalf.
8.2. Under legal proceedings and/or by the request of any competent authority.
8.3. To enforce the Terms of Use.
9. You undertake to indemnify Netvision and/or its employees, and/or directors and/ or shareholders, and/or its representatives, and/or its agents, and/or corporations related to it, and/or their representatives, and/or the Airport Authority, for any damage, loss, charge or expense incurred to them, including attorney fees and court expenses, because of a claim and/or demand filed against it due to your activities in the Service, and/or related to the Service, and/or violation of any provision included in the Terms of Use, and/or of any other right belonging to any third party. For the avoidance of doubt, your responsibility includes direct, indirect, consequential, incidental and / or special damage, including damage to reputation, loss of income, loss of data and loss of profits.
10. You declare that you understand that on the Internet there are sites which are intended to be watched by adults only (over 18) and/or containing pornographic, harassing, obscene and/or derogatory contents, and that the responsibility for use and control of access to sites mentioned above and/or viewing their contents is solely yours. It is possible to block the access to sites containing the content which is inappropriate for children and youth through various means, including through the acquisition of software or tools that provide control of access to various suppliers’ sites.
11. The Service includes website filtering service, which prevents access to harmful and/or inappropriate content and/or other uses including websites and/or actions with large volume of communication (videos, movies, file sharing, etc.), and also a service for protection against viruses and spyware. It is clarified that Netvision does not undertake to provide these services and is not responsible for their integrity and/or action. Netvision is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the user related to the use of these services and/or as a result of the exploitation.
12. Competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have sole authority in all questions related to the interpretation, application and enforcement of the Terms of Use and any dispute related to them, and it will consider them in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
